## How we work

We operate through a three-stage pattern: Propose → Verify → Review. An AI model generates a draft. Deterministic services check it against clinical standards. A frontier model or human reviews only when risk warrants it. This makes the model interchangeable — clinical knowledge lives in verified tools, not in the model.

## ReasonHealth

ReasonHealth is the product platform we built to scale our domain expertise. It includes Hub (clinical knowledge platform), Skills (AI interface layer for coding agents), and rh (open-source FHIR toolkit). ReasonHealth provides deterministic terminology, FHIR validation, artifact lifecycle, and clinical provenance — the clinical domain layer that coding agents cannot replicate.
